Review by hotel critic
Nestled amidst the breathtaking views of the Latemar and Schlern mountains, Gasthaus Bad Siess was an absolute gem during our festive getaway. The rustic charm instantly made us feel at home, but it was the award-winning restaurant that truly stole the show, serving up mouthwatering South Tyrolean specialities that left us raving long after our meal. With comfortable rooms boasting underfloor heating, we relished cozy nights after adventurous days filled with skiing and exploring nature. The highlight was undoubtedly toasting with Prosecco on the terrace while watching stunning sunsets - a memory I'll cherish, especially shared with great company. With free RittenCards enhancing our experience, along with the warmth extended by Vera and her team, this family-run hotel is definitely on my list for a return visit or recommendation to fellow beer and travel enthusiasts!
